A natural problem-solver, Randee thrives on helping others succeed, whether it’s guiding candidates to their next career move or collaborating with his team. Based in Monmouth County, NJ, he balances business ownership with family life alongside his wife, son, and their English bulldog, Sir Winston. When he’s not recruiting top talent, you might find him on the golf course—if he can steal a moment away from chasing a two-year-old and growing his business.

Marc DeBoer – Partner

Marc DeBoer is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, staffing, and career coaching. As a Partner at S4 Search Partners, he leads full-cycle recruitment efforts across diverse industries, developing and executing sourcing strategies to connect high-caliber candidates with the right opportunities. His expertise spans operational leadership, market trend analysis, and optimizing hiring processes to drive placement success.

Marc founded A Better Interview, LLC, where he leverages his deep recruiting knowledge to coach job seekers on resume optimization, personal branding, and interview strategy. His background includes high-impact recruiting roles at KPMG, where he managed nationwide talent acquisition efforts, as well as career development leadership in higher education. 

Marc has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Masters in Education Leadership from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Ben Markus – Senior Recruiter

Ben, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in correctional services, brings a strong foundation in problem-solving, team management, and adaptability to the recruiting industry. Now at S4 Search Partners, he leverages his expertise in discipline, communication, and trust-building to connect top talent with the right opportunities. His transition into recruitment reflects his deep commitment to helping businesses build strong teams while ensuring candidates find fulfilling careers.

With a background in managing high-pressure environments, Ben has honed his ability to assess talent effectively, foster meaningful relationships, and navigate complex staffing needs. His passion for people and results-driven mindset make him a dedicated recruiter focused on creating successful matches between employers and job seekers.

Don Lawrence – Senior Recruiter

Don serves leads full life-cycle recruitment for our engineering division at S4 Search Partners. He develops and executes sourcing strategies to attract top talent for hard-to-fill roles. Don is your go-to guy for any and all executive placements due to his extensive corporate experience. 

Before transitioning into the staffing industry, Don built a strong foundation in leadership and operations at UniFirst Corporation, where he successfully led teams, optimized service performance, and drove customer satisfaction. His hands-on leadership style and deep understanding of business operations allow him to create impactful recruitment solutions that connect great companies with top talent.
